1:35 Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H is a Voyager Model photo-etched add-on set, not a tank kit: the brass parts are fitted to the Tamiya 35209 plastic model you already own.

A detail set of photo-etched brass parts in 1:35 scale from the Chinese manufacturer Voyager Model. It is conceived as an aftermarket accessory for one particular plastic kit of the Pz.Kpfw. IV medium tank in its Ausf. H version, which has to be bought separately. The set holds no model of its own.
The Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H was the most numerously built version of the German Panzer IV medium tank. It carried the long tank version of the 75 mm gun and strengthened frontal hull armor, and in service it was routinely supplemented with side armor skirts, in German Schürzen, which were to break up hits from anti-tank rifles and shaped-charge rounds. Those very skirts and their supporting frames are among the parts most often replaced, because in plastic they come out disproportionately thick.
Bending is the main discipline with this class of set. Anneal the brass briefly over a flame until it darkens slightly and let it cool in the air: it softens and stops springing back after a bend. Always bend along the scored lines and in one stroke, because repeated re-bending cracks the material. Straighten longer flat parts on glass, not on a cutting mat, which flexes. If you are going to simulate damaged or bent skirts, do the deformation before gluing and keep it slight; on the real vehicle this was sheet steel, not kitchen foil. The set is intended for the Tamiya 35209 kit.
This is an add-on set, not a model. The plastic kit, glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
