ZiL-131 1:35 - camouflage painting masks from SX-Art

A set of self-adhesive painting masks from the maker SX-Art for applying a camouflage pattern to a model of the Soviet ZiL-131 military truck in 1:35 scale. The masks follow the shape of the camouflage fields exactly, so that the color pattern comes out with sharp, clean transitions. The masks are cut for the ICM kit.

Use

  • Spray the base color and let it dry.
  • Stick the masks onto the cab, the cargo bed and the other surfaces of the vehicle according to the diagram.
  • Spray the next shade and take the masks off once the paint has become tacky.
  • Repeat the procedure for every further shade of the camouflage.

For modelers of Soviet military equipment who want a precise and repeatable camouflage pattern on a model of the ZiL-131 in 1:35 scale without lengthy masking with tape.

A Soviet military truck with all-wheel drive, widely used by the armies of the Eastern Bloc.

You spray the base, stick the masks on according to the diagram, spray the next shade and take the masks off. You repeat the procedure for every shade.

The masks follow the camouflage fields exactly, so the pattern is repeatable and the transitions are cleaner than with masking by hand.

It is intended for the ICM kit.
