Eduard 1:350 USS Arizona 1941 railings is a photo-etched set of ship railings for raising the detail of the plastic kit of the American battleship.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Eduard focused on ship railings. It is not a ship model but an accessory for raising the detail of the plastic kit of the American battleship USS Arizona in her 1941 condition, in 1:350 scale. The thin metal railings replace the coarser plastic parts, or the entirely missing ones, and markedly refine the look of the decks and the superstructures.
USS Arizona was an American battleship of the Pennsylvania class. She became famous for being sunk in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941; her wreck is a memorial today. The set matches the ship's configuration of 1941.
Separate the railing carefully from the fret, bend it over a sharp edge at the corner stanchions and glue it in spots with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Fit the longer runs smoothly so that the railing follows the outline of the deck; trim any excess exactly to the length of the bulwark.
This is an add-on set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
