A modeling paint from the Spanish brand Number Five in a bottle of 30 milliliters. The silver shade is named after the racing Porsche 911 Carrera RSR Turbo of the mid-1970s, that is, after the car with which the brand opened the way to turbocharged racing specials. The paint is supplied at a consistency ready for spraying with an airbrush.
Shades with a metallic pigment behave differently from covering paints. The pigment settles to the bottom, so it has to be stirred really thoroughly, or the first pass will come out darker and the last one oversaturated with sheen. Spray in thin coats from a greater distance and do not try to flood the surface all at once, or the pigment will run into patches. Metallic surfaces are harder to mask and overspray, so leave them until the end of the painting.
Work in a well-ventilated space and use a respirator when spraying, as an aerosol forms. Keep out of the reach of children and away from sources of ignition, close the bottle carefully after use and avoid contact with eyes and skin.
