This is not photo-etch and not resin but a decal that slides off the paper in water.

What the set offers

3D decals take the place of the slow painting of small interior elements. The color layers and the three-dimensional relief give the cabin a look that would be hard to reach by hand painting. The elements are designed to fit the interior of the matching model.

Use

• Clean the interior surface and go over it with gloss varnish.
• Cut the element out of the sheet, dip it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the paper into place.
• It has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on the varnish; press it into curves with a soft tool.
• On an intricate surface a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps; do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as they attack the printed resin.
