Thick Hobby Sand - Field Sand 200ml

Thick Hobby Sand - Field Sand 200ml (Green Stuff World)

Modeling sand is part of the basic equipment of every modeling workbench. This coarser version has a larger grain than the fine type and the shade of field, yellow-green earth. It creates a more pronounced surface texture and suits stonier terrain, gravel and areas where a coarse texture is meant to stand out. The package contains 200 ml of material.

Use

• Spread the sand over the area of a base or a diorama.
• Fix it with PVA glue, with grass tuft glue or with cyanoacrylate glue.
• Once it is dry, color the surface and weather it for a natural look.
• Combining it with a finer sand will create a realistic transition of grain size.

Who it is for

• Builders of dioramas with stony or gravel terrain.
• Wargamers finishing the bases of figures.
• Railway modelers and makers of scenery.

The scenic material is supplied as loose sand in a 200 ml package. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
