An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary German roadster Mercedes-Benz 450 SL in the popular collector's scale of 1:43 from the French maker Heller. The model captures the clean lines of the R107 body and is supplied unassembled and unpainted, decal sheet included.
The Mercedes-Benz 450 SL belonged to the R107 generation of the SL line, elegant two-seat roadsters with a removable roof built from the 1970s. The 450 SL version with an eight-cylinder engine became a symbol of the comfortable, rugged open car of its day, and the R107 line stayed in production for an exceptionally long time.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic, sand the body joints and fill them. For a faithful look, a gloss automotive paint laid on with an airbrush and then polished is what you want. Finish the chrome strips and the glazing with masking and lay the decals onto a dried gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
