1:48 A-1H/J Skyraider O-max set (for Tamiya)

O-max masking set A-1H/J Skyraider 1:48 (Omask)

An extended O-max set from Omask for a model of the American piston-engine A-1H/J Skyraider attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. It contains accurately cut painting masks for the canopy glazing and, in addition, foam plugs which protect the landing gear bays and openings from paint while spraying. It is not a paint and not a part, but an aid for a clean paint job. The set is intended for Tamiya kits.

Use

• Apply the masks to the glazing and press the edges down against paint creeping underneath.
• Insert the foam plugs into the bays and openings that are to stay free of paint.
• Spray the frames and, once dry, carefully take out the masks and the plugs.

Who it is for

For modelers building the A-1 Skyraider who want to mask the glazing and the landing gear bays at once and to have sharp frames with no hand-trimmed tape.

The set serves for masking during spraying. Neither paints nor the model are included in the package.
