It is not an airplane model but an accurate replacement part for experienced modelers that replaces the simplified part from the kit with a more faithful casting with cleanly suggested framing and the boot of the sliding part of the canopy. The A-1 Skyraider was a robust American attack aircraft with a radial engine that became famous for its load-carrying ability and endurance in the Korean War and in Vietnam. Wash the resin part in lukewarm water with detergent to remove the mold release agent. Cut the casting block off with a sharp knife or a fine saw and sand the mating surface; protect your airways when sanding resin. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Test the fit with the fuselage dry before gluing, level any steps with filler and repaint the area in the shade of its surroundings. Handle the transparent parts according to the documentation of your own model.
