A foursome of scale replicas, 1:48 AGM-65 E/F/G/H Maverick (4 pcs) from AMMO of Mig Jimenez, completes the stores of combat aircraft models.
Responsibility details are not available.
Four scale replicas of the American Maverick tactical air-to-ground guided missile, in the E, F, G and H versions. They serve to be hung under models of combat aircraft in 1:48 scale. The number of pieces follows from the name of the item; the aircraft itself is sold separately.
The Maverick entered US Air Force service at the beginning of the 1970s and became the most widespread Western weapon for destroying armored vehicles, fortifications and smaller vessels. The four versions included here belong to the later ones: the E is guided by a reflected laser beam and was used mainly by the Navy in support of landed troops, the F and G work with an imaging infrared seeker and carry a heavy penetrating warhead, and the H is a modernization with a more sensitive daylight sensor suited to a desert environment. Their carriers were and are machines such as the A-10, F-16, F/A-18 and AV-8B.
For builders of modern attack and multirole aircraft who want stores truer than those from the box. Paints and glue do not belong to the item.
