A pre-colored set of interior details from Quinta Studio, printed with 3D technology on decal backing paper. It holds fully colored elements for both cockpits, such as the instrument panels, the side consoles, the controls and the seat belts, which transfer across without any painting. The set is intended for models of the AH-1G Cobra attack helicopter in 1:48 scale.

The real subject

The AH-1G Cobra was an American attack helicopter used from the Vietnam War onward. It introduced the concept of a slim tandem fuselage with a two-man crew seated one above the other and became the ancestor of the whole Cobra family of attack helicopters.

Use and fitting

• Cut the individual elements out and apply them as wet decals onto a previously painted cockpit surface.
• Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as they could damage the 3D-printed material.
• Secure the thicker parts with a water-based glue or with gloss varnish.
• It lets you finish the interior faithfully without slow painting.
