The Big Ed Anson Mk.I accessory set in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker Eduard. A package of accessory sets for detailing a model of the British Avro Anson.
Responsibility details are not available.
Big Ed is a package of aftermarket accessories from the Czech maker Eduard for detailing a plastic model of the British Avro Anson Mk.I aircraft in 1:48 scale. It brings several separately sold accessory sets together in a single box. It is not an aircraft kit but a set of accessories for a basic plastic kit.
The Avro Anson was a British twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War period. It was originally created as a maritime patrol machine, and later proved itself mainly as a trainer and communications aircraft, serving in that role for decades. It was a reliable and versatile type with a crew of several men.
The package combines accessory sets that raise the level of detail of the model, including photo-etched and masking elements. The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife and glued with super glue, and the masks allow the cockpit to be sprayed precisely. The set raises the detail markedly over a build from the box.
This is an accessory set, not a stand-alone model. The basic plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
