A grass mat in a summer shade, a ready-made layer of growth to be trimmed and glued onto a diorama, a layout or a base.

The mat carries a continuous grass layer on a flexible backing. The area is done with a cut and glue, not by scattering in layers, so even a larger meadow is finished substantially faster and with no scatter flying about. The shade is given as summer, that is the deeper green of grown grass, into which dried-out and worn places are easily added.
Level the ground, free it of dust and let it dry. Lay the mat on dry first and check how the pieces follow one another; only then trace the shape and trim it from the back with a sharp blade or scissors. Apply PVA glue in a thin continuous layer, lay the mat on and press it down from the center outward. Over larger areas work in sections, so that the glue does not grab before the mat is laid on.
The mat will be used by builders of dioramas and layouts, by wargamers building playing boards and equally by modelers who want to set a single model on a ready-made grassed area. A base, trees, figures and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
