A set of seat belts for the American B-26 Marauder bomber in 1:48 scale from HGW. The belts are made of a fine fabric (microtextile) that faithfully imitates the texture of real straps and allows a natural sag and natural folds. Photo-etched metal buckles and fittings are included and give the belts a realistic look. These are not conventional waterslide decals but a textile detail set.
Cut the belts out, thread them through the buckles as the instructions show and shape them over the seats. The fabric bends easily into natural folds; super glue or PVA glue will serve to fix them. Painting is not necessary, though the shade can be unified with light toning.
The set contains textile belts and metal buckles; the model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
