Quinta Studio 1:48 Messerschmitt Bf 109E-1/E-3 - 3D interior decals bring a color three-dimensional cockpit for models of the early Emil with no laborious painting. Intended for the Eduard kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of color three-dimensional decals on decal paper details the cockpit of a Messerschmitt Bf 109E-1/E-3 model in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for a plastic model. The decals have genuine raised relief, so the instrument panel and the side consoles look three-dimensional. The decals are shaped for the Eduard kit.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109E, nicknamed the Emil, was a German fighter with the DB 601 engine and squarer wingtips, used among other things in the Battle of Britain. The E-1 and E-3 versions differed above all in armament.
Cut the parts out, dip them briefly and transfer them onto the surface like ordinary decals; the relief adapts to the shape. Leave the decal softener in the bottle while doing so, because it would attack the printed resin of the elements. Painting the interior by hand falls away; a light shading and a matte varnish are enough. Fit the seat and the belts once everything has dried.
This is an accessory, not a model on its own. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
