A resin detail accessory in 1:48 scale from the Quickboost (Aires) brand. It is not a model of the airplane but a set of replacement barrels of the on-board armament for a build of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 fighter. The precise castings replace the plastic parts and raise the fidelity of the armament.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the main German fighter of the Second World War. The G-6 version (Gustav) was among the most widespread, and its recognition mark was the bulges on the cover of the fuselage machine guns. The set matches the armament of this version.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release residue, separate the casting blocks carefully and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. It is a good idea to fit the thin barrels at the end of the build, so that they do not get damaged.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
