This correction set holds 3D-printed resin parts in 1:48 scale with which you can refine shortcomings in the shape and the detail of a plastic model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109G fighter. The real subject

The Messerschmitt Bf 109G, nicknamed Gustav, was the most widespread version of the legendary German fighter of the Second World War. It was marked by a powerful Daimler-Benz engine, by the characteristic bulges over the gun cowling and, in the later sub-versions, by an enlarged vertical tail.

Use and building tips

• Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them from the print supports and casting blocks.
• Cut the plastic sections being replaced out of the model precisely and level the surfaces.
• Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate); sand with respiratory protection.
• Before painting, go over the whole joint with a primer so that it blends with the surrounding plastic.
