The de Havilland Vampire F.3 1:48 is a colored photo-etched interior set from Eduard for detailing the cockpit of a model markedly.

This is a colored photo-etched set aimed at the interior, not an airplane model. It combines pre-finished colored parts (the instrument panel, the side panels, the seat belts) with further fine photo-etched elements for the cockpit. The colored parts go on without painting, while the other photo-etched parts are bent and glued. The set is in 1:48 scale and is made for plastic models of the de Havilland Vampire F.3 fighter.
The de Havilland Vampire belonged to the first generations of British jet fighters, with its typical twin tail booms and short fuselage nacelle. The F.3 version brought increased range and modifications to the tail; it served with the Royal Air Force and with foreign users at the turn of the 1940s and 1950s.
Lift the colored self-adhesive elements out and place them with tweezers. Bend the photo-etched parts without color printing gently on a bender, bond them with cyanoacrylate glue and then spray them in the matching color. Bring out the recesses of the instruments and even the cockpit out with a matte overcoat.
This is an add-on set, not a model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
