Dornier Do 17Z-2 exhaust type A 1:48 is a Quickboost resin detail accessory for a faithful rendering of the exhausts of this bomber in the type A configuration.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set of exhausts for the Dornier Do 17Z-2 bomber in 1:48 scale, specifically in the type A configuration. This is not an aircraft model but an accessory for a kit. The manufacturer offers the exhausts in two variants; this one corresponds to type A and has to be distinguished from the type B variant.
The Dornier Do 17 was a German twin-engine bomber of the Second World War with a characteristically slender fuselage, nicknamed the Flying Pencil. The Z-2 version was among the most widely produced. The shape of the exhaust stubs differed between configurations.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The exhausts come alive in a dark metallic shade with rusty highlights. Protect your airways while sanding.
This is an accessory for a kit. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
