The set holds resin fuel vents for a model of the McDonnell F-101A/C Voodoo jet in 1:48 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory of the Quickboost brand (Aires) with finely cast parts that replace or complete the plastic of a kit. This is not an aircraft model but a detail set.
The McDonnell F-101 Voodoo was an American supersonic jet used in fighter and reconnaissance versions. The small fuel vents on the fuselage are a detail that is usually simplified in the plastic from the box. Crisply cast resin parts put the shape right.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, separate them from the casting blocks and seat them on the fuselage. Bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways and ventilate the room while sanding resin.
This is an aftermarket resin accessory. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
