Eduard 1:48 F-16 radar late (3D print) is a directly 3D-printed resin accessory representing the later version of the F-16 fighter's onboard radar. It serves to render the open nose of a model in detail.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set brings an accurately 3D-printed resin radar of the later version for models of the F-16 fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory that lets you render the open nose section with the radome swung aside realistically.
The forward radar antenna is usually simplified in plastic kits, or missing altogether. A finely printed part with a faithful structure of the antenna and its mounting brings a model to life when it is presented with the nose open, as it commonly is during maintenance on the flight line.
Wash the part in lukewarm soapy water, separate it from the print supports and fit it dry into the nose bay. It is bonded with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply a primer before painting; the antenna is usually finished in shades of metal and gray.
This is an accessory, not a standalone aircraft kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
