The late F-4D Phantom II in 1:48 - a smaller interior set. Quinta Studio, colored areas on a decal sheet and resin parts according to the name. The target kit: Academy.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set carries interior areas printed in color on decal paper, and according to the name resin components belong to them. The words Small version designate a smaller extent than the full version of the same set. The choice falls on the later form of the machine's cockpit. The set is intended for the Academy kit.
Late machines of this version no longer filled the main strike role. After leaving the front lines they passed to reserve units, where they flew well into the 1980s, and some of them went to foreign operators. During that time the cockpit gained additions that the original machines of the mid 1960s did not have, and it is precisely this later form that the set aims at.
Prepare a glossy and smooth base, otherwise a pocket of air will be trapped under the paper. Release the elements one at a time and transfer them with a damp brush, not with your fingers. Where an edge has to be overcome, brief warming with warm water helps. For finishing use matte varnish, which levels the sheen with the surrounding color. Have the cockpit finished before you set about gluing the fuselage, because afterward you will no longer get inside.
It is sold separately as an accessory, without the plastic moldings of the aircraft.
