A detail set in 1:48 scale from Quinta Studio. It is not a model but 3D printed, fully colored interior parts on decal paper. They create realistic instrument panels and cockpit side consoles with three-dimensional relief and legible instruments. The small version concentrates on the main panels and is intended for late F/A-18C models in 1:48 scale. The target kit is Hasegawa.

The real subject

The F/A-18C Hornet in its late form was a single-seat carrier-borne multi-role aircraft of the US Navy and Marine Corps with upgraded avionics and displays in the cockpit.

Use

• the parts are lifted off the backing and applied to the plastic cockpit parts with a suitable adhesive
• remove the raised instrument relief from the plastic before applying them
• do not use a decal softener or a setting solution

For modelers who want a faithful colored cockpit for the late Hornet without painting the instruments by hand.

This is an accessory detail set, not a model. The Hasegawa base kit, paints and glue are not included.
