Responsibility details are not available.
A set of painting masks from Eduard; it is not a kit. It is intended for plastic models of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8 fighter in 1:48 scale. The masks are cut from fine kabuki (washi) tape into separate segments that follow the shape of the bubble canopy well. They serve for quick and accurate painting of the canopy frames and for masking the wheels.
The Fw 190A-8 is among the most widespread versions of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190 fighter of the Second World War. It was marked by the BMW 801 radial engine, heavy armament and a rugged structure. It was used as a day fighter and as a fighter-bomber on a number of fronts.
Peel a segment off, place it on the glazing and press it down along the frames. First spray the interior color of the cockpit and, once dry, the exterior camouflage. The masks come off cleanly with no sticky residue. An airbrush gives the best result.
The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
