Black Dog 1:48 German Pilots + Mechanic WW II is a resin figure set of Luftwaffe pilots and a mechanic of the Second World War for bringing dioramas and display cases to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:48 scale from Black Dog. It contains finely modeled figures of Luftwaffe pilots and a ground mechanic of the Second World War period, together with small items of equipment. The set serves to bring airfield scenes, dioramas and display case installations with models of Luftwaffe aircraft to life.
Luftwaffe pilots wore leather or fabric flying overalls, life vests and distinctive headgear, while the ground personnel put on working uniforms. The figures capture typical situations by an aircraft before takeoff or during maintenance, when the crew and the mechanics move around the machine.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts first, cut the casting blocks off carefully and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting; figures are best painted with acrylic paints by brush, with gradual shading and with the folds of the clothing, the face and the gear brought out.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
