The real subject

The Gloster Meteor was the first British jet fighter put into combat service during the Second World War. The F.1 version was among the first production machines and became known, among other things, for strikes against German V-1 flying bombs. The twin-engine layout with the engines in the wings makes the Meteor a rewarding and historically significant subject.

Use

• Transfer the pieces from the sheet and lay them onto the frames of the glazing.
• Spray the paint in thin coats, best with an airbrush.
• Take the mask off carefully once it has dried.
• Press the edges down gently before spraying for a crisp transition.
