This is a photo-etched detail set from the Brengun brand, not the model itself. The set of thin etched sheet is intended for improving plastic models of the Grunau Baby IIb glider in 1:48 scale, a popular German training glider.
The photo-etched parts replace or supplement small elements that plastic cannot manage thin enough, for example details of the cockpit and surfaces that are on show. The model thus gains a more faithful and finer look.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, form them over an edge or with a bending tool and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the surfaces before painting, so that the paint holds well.
The model itself and the glue are not included in the package. The set serves as an accessory to a plastic kit.
