The SX-Art set of stencils is intended for spraying the camouflage pattern onto a model in 1:48 scale. The designations J-20 and Heja I belong to the export versions of the Italian Reggiane Re 2000 fighter: under the first of them the machine served in Sweden, under the second in Hungary. Beware of the confusion, as this set has nothing to do with the modern Chinese fighter of the same numerical designation.
The Re 2000 was a single-engine all-metal fighter with a radial engine. At home it made only limited headway, but it found a market abroad, and it was precisely the export machines that received finishes different from the Italian ones. For a modeler that means you will meet markedly different color schemes on the same airframe depending on the user.
Before you start applying them, lay the stencils out and try them dry against the model. With two different national schemes in one set it is easy to reach for the wrong piece, so make it clear in advance which version you are building and put the rest aside. Leave the surplus material around the stencils in place until the moment you apply them, as it protects the fine cut-outs from being stretched. Adjust the cuts only with a new, sharp blade; a blunt blade drags the material and the edge then does not seat.
The package contains masking stencils only. The model, the paints and the airbrush are not part of it.
