A sheet of decals in 1:72 scale for the American fighter aircraft North American P-51B Mustang, that is, the older version with a framed canopy.
Responsibility details are not available.
The North American P-51B is the older production version of the American single-seat fighter aircraft Mustang, which preceded the better-known variant with a bubble canopy. On it the fuselage spine behind the cockpit is still high and the canopy is formed by divided framed glazing. The silhouette is therefore slimmer and in a modeling display case it differs from the later Mustangs at first glance.
A sheet of decals in 1:72 scale for a model of the P-51B. Which machines are worked out, how many variants are on the sheet and how the supplementary inscriptions are handled are given by the enclosed instructions with a placement drawing. The set suits modelers for whom the finishes supplied with a kit are not enough.
First finish the build and the painting and clear coat the area under a decal with gloss clear, so that no white haze forms under the thin film. Cut the decal out as close to the printing as possible, soak it for a few seconds in lukewarm water and set it aside until it starts to slide freely on the paper. Transfer it to the model together with the paper, hold it with a finger and pull the paper out. Press the water and the air bubbles out with a soft brush from the center toward the edges. On the broken-up framing and in the panel lines softener will help. Once dry, unify the surface with a final clear coat.
The kit of the aircraft, paints, clear coats and decal softener are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
