This set is a plastic diorama accessory from the Ukrainian maker MiniArt in 1:35 scale — it is not a vehicle model, but a scenic element. Building and painting tips

• Glue the parts with (liquid) cement for plastic and let the joints dry thoroughly, given the height of the poles.
• Apply a primer before painting; set metal and concrete apart in both shade and texture.
• Rust, streaks and dirt deposits are added with washes and pigments.
• The glass of the lamps can be suggested with gloss clear coat or with a clear part, if one is included.
