The set brings a color interior of the cockpit as 3D-printed parts printed on decal backing paper. It is a smaller (reduced) variant that concentrates on the main elements of the pilot compartment, the instrument panels and the panels, with realistic colors and lettering and without hand painting. Intended for models of the Ka-27PL in the trainer version in 1:48 scale.
The Ka-27 is a Soviet and Russian shipborne helicopter with its characteristic pairs of coaxial contra-rotating rotors, which need no tail rotor at the tail. The PL version is intended for anti-submarine warfare, and the trainer version serves for training crews. Its compact layout allows operations from the decks of warships.
Before sticking the parts on, sand the raised relief off the plastic parts. The set is applied onto a varnished surface; the parts are cut out and soaked in lukewarm water. Because of their thickness they are fixed with a water-based glue or an acrylic varnish. Do not use decal softeners or setting solutions.
This is an interior detail set, not a model of the helicopter. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
