Responsibility details are not available.
A set of thin photo-etched brass parts from the Czech maker Hauler, intended to refine the plastic model of the German Krupp Protze (Kfz.70) cross-country truck in 1:48 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory, not a model of the vehicle in its own right. The set is cut for the Tamiya kit.
The Krupp Protze (Kfz.70) was a light six-wheeled (6x4) cargo and towing vehicle of the Wehrmacht of the 1930s and 1940s. It served as a tractor for light guns and as a crew carrier; its distinguishing features are the rounded, sloping engine cover and the open cargo bed. It was used on every front of the Second World War.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife on a hard surface and bent over the edge of a ruler or in a bender. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with a special adhesive for photo-etched parts. Before painting it is worth degreasing the parts and spraying them with a primer so that the paint holds well.
This is a detail accessory. The Tamiya base kit, glue, paints and further parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
