A replacement vacuum-formed (vacuform) clear cabin canopy in 1:48 scale for a model of the Soviet LaGG-3 fighter (series 66). The package holds 1 piece of the thin-walled clear part. Compared with injection-molded glazing, a vacuum-formed canopy is markedly thinner and cleaner, so it better simulates the scale thinness of real Plexiglas and makes it possible to pack an open cabin out realistically. The set is intended for the Zvezda kit.
This is a standalone replacement part, not a model. Paints, masks and a kit are not included in the package. Recommended for more experienced modelers.
