F-16C Block 25/42 1:48 painting masks are pre-cut Eduard kabuki masks for precise masking of the glazing and the wheels.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of pre-cut Eduard painting masks of kabuki tape for models of the F-16C fighter in the Block 25 and Block 42 versions. The masks follow the large bubble canopy, its frame and the other clear parts exactly, and usually the wheel discs as well. It is not a model and not a decal sheet, but an aid for spraying the framing cleanly.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter with a characteristic frameless canopy and high agility. Blocks 25 and 42 are among the widespread production versions of the US Air Force; they differ in avionics, engine and air-to-air and air-to-ground capability. The glazed canopy gives the pilot an excellent view in every direction.
First degrease the surface. Lay the mask on the glazing, press it down and, if necessary, trim it to the frame. Spray the paint with an airbrush in thin coats and pull the mask off before the finish has fully cured, for sharp edges.
The masks are an accessory for the model. The model itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
