A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks in fine kabuki (washi) tape from the Czech maker New Ware, intended for large plastic models of the American Convair B-58 Hustler supersonic bomber in 1:48 scale. The masks give a clean separation of colors on the cockpit glazing.
The BASIC level covers the outer faces of the cockpit glazing, any further clear parts and the landing gear wheels. A practical basis for painting a large model cleanly.
The Convair B-58 Hustler was the first American supersonic strategic bomber with a delta wing, capable of about twice the speed of sound. Under the fuselage it carried a large jettisonable pod combining fuel and the weapons load. It served with Strategic Air Command during the Cold War.
This is an accessory for masking, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
