The Matra-155 Rocket launcher POD 1:48 from Reskit is a resin set of the underwing rocket pod for aircraft models.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set in 1:48 scale from Reskit representing the French Matra-155 underwing rocket pod. It is not a model in its own right but a detail accessory, part of the external stores, to be hung under the wing or the fuselage of a suitable combat aircraft model.
The Matra-155 is a French rocket pod for unguided aircraft rockets of 68 mm caliber, used on Western tactical aircraft. It serves for attacking ground targets with a salvo of unguided rockets and it tends to be carried on underwing or ventral pylons.
Wash the resin parts free of release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand them, with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Spray a primer on before painting; the rocket mouths come out well in a dark shade with a light wash to bring them out.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. A suitable base aircraft kit is needed to use it.
