A set of finely cast resin exhaust stubs for a model of the twin-engine Messerschmitt Me 410 in 1:48 scale. It is a detail accessory meant to replace the parts from the kit, not a model of the aircraft. Open mouths and sharp definition give the engine nacelles a realistic look.
The Me 410 Hornisse was a German twin-engine heavy fighter and fast bomber of the Second World War, following on in development from the Me 210. It was powered by Daimler-Benz inverted V12 engines with side rows of exhaust stubs, which are among the prominent recognition features of the aircraft.
Wash the parts free of mold release residue, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them on with super glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Pick the mouths out with a dark wash and shades of burnt metal.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. The kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
