This resin set from the Brassin range replaces the plastic main wheels of a model of the North American P-51D Mustang fighter with more faithful castings with a diamond tread on the tire. It is not an aircraft model but a detailing improvement of the landing gear. The wheels are usually cast with the flattening of the tire under the weight of the machine suggested.
Cut the wheels off the casting block, wash the mold release agent off and glue them with cyanoacrylate. When painting, masking the disc from the tire helps; the rims are easy to set apart with a shade. Protect your airways while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The aircraft model is not included in the package.
