1:48 P-38F/G gun barrels is a resin set of onboard armament barrels for models of the P-38 Lightning fighter in 1:48 scale from Eduard.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail set of the nose armament barrels for models of the American twin-engine Lockheed P-38 Lightning fighter in the F and G versions in 1:48 scale. The set replaces the plastic barrels from the box with accurate castings with faithful muzzle geometry. Eduard is a Czech maker.
The P-38 carried its armament concentrated in the nose of the central nacelle — a combination of a large-caliber cannon and machine guns. That set it apart from the classic layout in the wings and gave it accurate concentrated fire. The F and G versions were among the early configurations used in combat.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
