1:48 Parabellum LMG-14 is a resin detail set of an accurately rendered German First World War aircraft machine gun from the brand Quickboost.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin detail set brings a faithfully rendered German Parabellum LMG-14 aircraft machine gun in 1:48 scale, the typical defensive weapon of observers and rear gunners in the First World War. It is not a kit but a separate accessory with which you replace the coarser plastic parts of the weapon in models of period aircraft.
The Parabellum LMG-14 was an air-cooled 7.92 mm machine gun, developed from a ground heavy machine gun and lightened for use in aircraft. It served on flexible mounts in a range of German two-seat reconnaissance and bomber aircraft. Its characteristic features are the cylindrical ammunition drum and the sights.
Clean the mold release residue off the part and cut it carefully from the casting block. Attach the fine sections with super glue. The weapon comes out well once painted in a dark metal shade with a light picking out of the edges with a dry brush. The set suits models of First World War aircraft.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
