Rafale C 4-IR, Rafale Solo Display 2023 (1:48) is a sheet of wet decals from Syhart Decal for the striking solo display scheme of the French Rafale of the 2023 season.
Responsibility details are not available.
This sheet of waterslide decals from the French maker Syhart Decal makes it possible to render the colorful scheme of the official French solo display Dassault Rafale C for the 2023 display season, the aircraft with the code 4-IR. The package contains a set of decal sheets and a color pictorial guide; a set of masking templates for the darker areas of the airframe is included as well. It is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model of the aircraft.
The Dassault Rafale is a French multirole combat aircraft of the delta type with foreplanes (a canard layout). For each season a special display camouflage for the solo display is created, approved by the maker of the airframe as well. The 2023 scheme combines striking colored areas on the fuselage and the vertical tail with the national markings of the French Air Force.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat, so that no silvering appears under the film. Using a decal softener helps the decals settle into the engraved lines and transitions. Spray the recommended dark areas first, according to the enclosed guide and using the masks supplied, and only then apply the colored motifs and finally seal everything with a clear coat.
This is a set of decals, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
