The thrust reverser for the SAAB 37 Viggen 1:48 is a resin set of faithful thrust reverser parts. A CMK aftermarket accessory, not a whole model. The set is intended for the Special Hobby and Tarangus kits.

A resin detail set rendering the thrust reverser of the exhaust nozzle of the Swedish SAAB 37 Viggen fighter in 1:48 scale. It replaces the simplified production parts with more faithful castings of the reverser petals.
The Viggen was among the first combat aircraft with a thrust reverser, which together with its canard configuration allowed it very short landings. The reverser is therefore a prominent and characteristic element of the rear of the aircraft.
Wash the castings free of mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and clean them up. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The metal surfaces of the nozzle and the petals look best painted in shades of heat-discolored metal (metallic paints) with the heat discoloration and soot brought out.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
