Color 3D interior decals for a model of the German amphibious military vehicle Schwimmwagen Type 166 in 1:48 scale. This is the smaller (reduced) version of the set, aimed at the main elements of the cabin: the dashboard, the instruments and the fittings. The details are printed on backing decal paper, they stand proud in relief and they are fully colored even in this smaller scale. They have no adhesive layer of their own.

Use

• The smaller set covers the key panels and instruments of the open cabin of the vehicle.
• The sheet is soaked briefly in lukewarm water, the element is slid off the backing paper onto the plastic part and holds on gloss clear (Future, Klear, Tamiya X-22) with which you coat the surface beforehand; on a broken-up shape a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps. Do not use a softener or a decal fixer at all, as they would attack the printed resin.
• The color of the instruments is printed, so repainting is not needed.
• Suitable for modelers who find hand painting of small details in 1:48 difficult.

Who the set is for

For modelers of military vehicles who want to bring the interior of the amphibious car to life quickly even in a smaller scale, without photo-etch and an airbrush. The smaller version covers the main panels rather than the full extent of the set.

This is an accessory, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
