A resin detail set in 1:48 scale from Quickboost. It contains the upper pylons together with adapters for the British SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1/GR.1a attack aircraft. The set replaces or supplements the parts from the basic kit and allows more accurate and better detailed carriage of armament and equipment.
It is not an airplane model but an accessory. The resin pylons carry fine detail that injection-molded plastic lacks, and the adapters make it easier to seat the stores correctly. The result is a more faithful silhouette for an armed Jaguar.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut them from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Level the mating faces by sanding if need be (protect your airways) and use a primer before finishing.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
