The set brings a complete color cockpit interior as 3D-printed parts printed on decal paper. The instrument panel in relief, the side panels and the seat gain realistic depth, colors and instrument labels without hand painting. Intended for Yak-9T models in 1:48 scale. The set is made for the Zvezda kit.
The Yak-9T was a Soviet fighter of the Second World War from the numerous Yakovlev family. The T version was marked out by a heavy cannon firing through the propeller hub, which could destroy ground and armored targets as well. The Yaks were among the backbone of Soviet fighter aviation.
It is a good idea to sand the raised relief off the plastic parts before fitting. The set is applied onto a previously varnished surface; the parts are cut out and soaked in lukewarm water. Because of their greater thickness they are fixed with water-based glue or acrylic varnish. Do not use decal softeners or setters.
This is an interior detail set, not an aircraft model. The basic Zvezda kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
