CMK 1:72 Wernher von Braun with his inspection team is a resin figure set showing the designer and two members of his team beside rocket equipment.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:72 scale from CMK. It holds figures of Wernher von Braun in a suit and of two of his colleagues in working coveralls, who are operating a propellant tank during a test launch of the A4/V2 rocket. The set is meant to bring themed dioramas with rocket equipment to life.
Wernher von Braun was the chief designer of the German rocket program and of the A4 ballistic missile, better known under the designation V2. The scene captures a typical situation at a test installation, where the team watches the preparation for launch. The figures complement a diorama with a rocket or ground equipment well.
First wash the resin parts clean of mold release agent residue, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a primer before painting; in this scale the figures are best painted in acrylics with fine shading of the suit, the coveralls and the faces.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
