A resin set of landing gear wheels from RESArm in 1:48 scale intended for a model of the F-35 Lightning II fighter. The cast wheels offer finer detail in the tread and the hub than the plastic parts from a kit. The set is NOT a model but a detail accessory.
First wash the mold release agent residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Use respiratory protection while sanding resin. The wheels are easy to mask and paint separately before fitting. The set suits more experienced modelers.
This is a supplementary set of wheels, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
