Kelik 1:72 F-117A Nighthawk interior 3D decals are printed cockpit elements, cut for the kit from the Hasegawa brand.
Responsibility details are not available.
Cockpit fittings in 1:72 scale stand or fall on how legible the instruments look under the canopy. This set renders them with a color print with raised relief. Take care when choosing: it is cut for the Hasegawa kit, while the manufacturer also makes a second, otherwise identically named set aimed at the Academy kit.
The Nighthawk was not a fighter, although its F designation suggests otherwise. It served for precision strikes on heavily defended targets and relied on the enemy not seeing it on radar in time. The shape of the airframe, made up entirely of flat planes, came about because the computing technology of the time could calculate the reflection only from flat facets. The first night of combat of the Gulf War in 1991 belonged precisely to these machines, and the footage of them went around the world.
Before you reach for the first element, wipe the tub with cotton moistened in alcohol and let it dry. When seating them, hold the tweezers as close to the tip as you can; that gives you sensitivity. Light your work from the side, and the shadow will then show whether the element has seated everywhere. Keep the rest of the sheet in an envelope away from light; the print need not fade in time, but dust on the adhesive layer will ruin it.
