The set from the DN Models brand in 1:32 scale contains masks for the glazing of the cockpit and for masking the wheels while the tires and hubs of the F-35C Lightning II carrier fighter are sprayed. The masks are cut from a thin masking tape that follows rounded shapes and leaves no traces once peeled off. It is not paint or a kit but an aid for clean and precise masking. The set is intended for the Trumpeter 03230 kit.
The F-35C is the carrier version of the fifth-generation fighter aircraft F-35 Lightning II intended for American carriers. It differs from the other versions in its larger wings with folding tips and an arresting hook for landing on an aircraft carrier.
Stick the masks for the glazing onto clean clear parts, press the edges down and spray the frames in thin coats. The masks for the wheels will make separating the color of the tire from the hub easier. Once it has dried, take the masks off carefully.
Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
