1:72 L-shaped concrete wall 2m high represents a two-meter L-shaped reinforced concrete wall, that is the classic fencing height of a compound.
Responsibility details are not available.
The middle one of the height variants of the L-shaped wall element. Two meters is the height a person can no longer see over, and that is exactly why it is the most common dimension for fencing compounds, warehouses and transshipment yards. On a diorama in 1:72 scale it comes out at roughly twenty-eight millimeters, so the wall will cover a figure on foot but lets the turret of an armored vehicle show above it.
The basis is a reinforced concrete unit with a horizontal footing and a vertical slab. The footing spreads the load into the subsoil and holds the element upright without further anchoring, while the vertical slab plays the role of a retaining or dividing structure. Units of this type are made as precast components and a crane simply stands them in place on site, so areas get walled off within a few hours. In the areas concerned, protective walls around posts were also improvised from them.
A precast unit tends to be lighter and smoother than monolithic concrete, so start on a light gray and shade only some of the units. A dark line belongs in the horizontal joints, and running dirt stains on the vertical faces. Posters, lettering and a scuffed edge where vehicles drive past bring it alive; when lining several pieces up, though, leave small gaps, because precast units never fit perfectly.
The unit is sold untreated, without paint and without a terrain base.
